If somebody gets caught Gouging prices during Hurricane or any other disasters, these people should pay huge fine and spend at least 6 months in jail to teach them a lesson...IMHO!!!1

When a gasoline pipe line failed between Tucson and Phoenix we had a few stations charging up to 3 times the rate. I would like to think those stations are no longer in business.

Pricing under Capitalism is based on what the market can bear. What you are suggesting is a socialist concept, not Capitalism where (G)reed=(O)pertunity=(P)rofits are the names of the game...
