I'm a Conservative Republican. I don't believe in the death penalty under any circumstances, mass murder, rapists, simple murder, child rapists, treason or just not having been born yet. We want to punish them for their crime and all you are doing is relieving them of a life time of punishment in solitary confinement. It simply won't deter then from committing mass murder. All it does is satisfy an urge for revenge. For example, do you really think that the individual k*****g in the name of their god and a reward from their god upon their death for their heroic deed, really cares. These people are psychotic or religious fanatics. It won't solve a thing.

But a lifetime in a hell hole prison in solitary with extreme restrictions is sweet revenge.

And remember, there is always the chance that the individual didn't do it, or really didn't do it in their mind, or maybe they were drugged or hypnotized or who knows what. We've freed all to many people on death row over the last 20 or more years for me to ever except the death penalty.

And I don't give a damn which party backs it. I can think for myself.

Did you hear any Congressman speak out on the common denominator on every school shooting? It ain't steel. What do you hear after every school shooting "I would never think he would do that". That's because if he wasn't a registered democrat, half crazed shooter, on one or more pharmaceutical drugs he wouldn't have done it. Before these crazy mass murderers decide to go on a shooting rampage, don't you think they consider that the likelihood of their being k**led is extremely high? I believe that the death penalty as a deterrent to this type of crime is pretty useless. This heinous crime would probably justify the death penalty if anything would but let's see if we can come up with a solution, short of confiscating firearms from those who are the most unlikely to use them illegally, hence leaving those who are most likely to mass k**l unaffected. As of now, I'm afraid there is no solution to the problem. Let's don't go off half-cocked in an effort to solve this problem.

If these rabid mass murderers know they will not receive a death sentence and will be cared for to the day they die that sounds as an added bonus for their carnage. Not guilty?! When has there been a chance in Hell of these subhumans being not guilty. What needs to end are these appeal after appeal We should be more like china who will not even give these vermin their name in the paper. Media glorifies them and prison allows them to become celebrities. Not only would I execute them I would bring back public execution and not no injection but by electrocution with their eyes popping from their sockets and their body left smoking and chard. It's called a deterrent every deranged registered democrat would fear. An eye for an eye we would need to find ways to execute some more that once or more cruel and unusual punishment. Between the victims family and myself I'm sure we can work something out.
