Fiddling while Rome burns, I guess Nero did not have a golf course

President Donald Trump spent Monday visiting his Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, and tweeting political grievances as a massive hurricane prepares to barrel up the East Coast of the United States.
Trump's visit to Trump National marks the 289th day he has spent at a Trump property and the 227th day he has spent at one of his golf clubs as president.

Monday morning, Trump's attention was on other things than mass shootings and the hurricane. He touted the economy on Twitter. He slammed political foes, including former FBI director James Comey and the four Democratic congresswoman of color known as "The Squad." And he used Labor Day to tweet an attack on the AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, writing that he "likes what we are doing until the cameras come on."
Earlier, Trumka had appeared on Fox News slamming the Trump administration for the US-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, meant to replace NAFTA, and has yet to receive a v**e in Congress.
Trump also retweeted warnings from the National Hurricane Center on the storm but did not write any missives on the hurricane since Sunday.
Hurricane Dorian, a slow-moving behemoth, continues to pound the Bahamas. In the United States, residents on the southern East Coast have been warned to prepare for hurricane-force winds, though forecasts vary about when and where it may make landfall, from Florida to the Carolinas. At its strength, Dorian was a Category 5 hurricane, the highest possible. On Monday morning, it was reclassified as a Category 4.
Trump said Sunday that he's "not sure that (he's) ever even heard of a Category 5" hurricane, despite four such storms -- including Hurricane Dorian -- having threatened the US since he took office.
"We don't even know what's coming at us. All we know is it's possibly the biggest. I have -- I'm not sure that I've ever even heard of a Category 5. I knew it existed. And I've seen some Category 4's -- you don't even see them that much," Trump said Sunday at a briefing with officials at FEMA headquarters.

All this makes me think of how outraged cons were whenever Obama went golfing and if Michelle and the girls left the WH all hell broke loose at how they were out to bankrupt the US and party on the taxpayer's dime. The good thing is that the next democrat president cons can't say diddly squat because everything they b***h about Trump has done a hundred times over...

Just a simple question......how do you think the President can stop a huricane? You do know that he is a human and has no control over such events.....right? All he can do is what everone else is doing, waiting to see where or if the eye will make landfall, and most Christians are praying for those who are in its path.

Alert, Alert, Alert. Kevyn might be growing up at last. He just posted something about President Donald Trump and actually used the term, "President Donald Trump", instead of the usual childish slurs. Maybe he just copied it without saying where it came from. Of course after that is was more of the usual attacks against our President.

So you admit that Trump is good at multitasking? He also mobilized for both Porto Rica and the gulf states. And when the hurricane turned towards Florida, he had FEMA and other resources ready. On top of that, he accomplished all the things you listed and more.

So thanks for posting how great a president we have in Trump.

And by the way. If you paid attention to his entire responses, you would see he was referring to never hearing of a category 5 hitting the USA. Not simply whether they existed.
