Judge dismisses sex trafficking case against Jeffrey Epstein following his jailhouse death

But, this does not let his co-actors off the hook. The investigation into those individuals continues. This then brings up his estate, can these women sue for damages against Epstein? Following the thinking of this judge....no, because being dead he cannot defend himself. Opinions?

It can become a civil case and they CAN sue his estate for damages. Remember OJ Simpson? He was cleared in the criminal trial, but convicted of wrongful death in the civil trial.
