You are right about many, but we do still have smart, responsibile young people graduating college with degrees in science, math, technology, etc. But they stand much less chance of those jobs because our Congress helps US businesses import foreigners who work cheaper and without perks.

The homeless are living on nothing. How about the millions of citizens living on welfare that are quite able to work? How about putting an end to that gravy train, forcing them back into the fulltime workforce, help them get settled abd cut off welfare after 2 months of working? Let's just end forever all federal welfare/public assistance programs, return this to the states but restrict actual public welfare to the truly infirm, putting all others to work at jobs compatible to their capabilities. There should NOT be any welfare for single mothers, obese people, drug addicts, etc, because these people could work if they chose to do so and make different decisions. There are ways we could actually help the actual working poor without anything being free. But we need to end foreign workers and force our own nonworking citizens back to being self supporting instead of societal burdens. AND we need to END FOREVER any nonAmerican having ANY access EVER to ANY rights/benefits/privileges of USA citizens, specifically including those with anchor babies.

If they are coming here on H1 Visas, they are not illegal. To hire someone on these visas, you have to show there are no Americans available to fill the positions. We need to insure that companies must use the E-verify program. If a company hires an illegal, and used E-verify, no fine to the company. If the company hires an illegal without using E-verify, they should suffer the maximum penalty under the law. My son-in-law would like to move here, but he is working through the visa application process. Until then, my daughter is going through process to stay in Australia. It's complicated, but I would love to see them come here so my wife and I can see them and their daughters.
