Trump did in fact say he was "entitled" to use a 1977 law to take executive action on emergency conditions. Once again he has created the emergency and wants to go rambo and make it worse.

You do realize that America has built up the Chinese military thru stupid trade practices? If we ever go to war with them we'll probably need to borrow money from them to do it. It's long past the time to bring American jobs and technology home unless, of course, you do not object to China stealing our technology. And I thought you Progressives were opposed to big business making those obscene profits except if you can use it as an opportunity to criticise Trump for threatening to bring those American business back home. you're so bloody t***sparent. Do you know how many businesses patents held by Ivanka and Trump and the products Trump industries make in China you can bet your ass none of that I'll come home. Like I said my first post if he bans our companies from doing business in China everything will stop in this country. Trump needs to start listen to some of the people around him but unfortunately he's unable to do that Bullhead and it's his way or the highway and it's not working out very well for him. I certainly agree with you on all the negative things you have to say about China somebody should have been saying that a long time ago. Someone should have spoke out and told American people to refuse to buy that stuff. I've always thought if an American manufacturer goes to China it makes their product they should sell it to China it should not be allowed back into the United States. I really don't believe cups capable of handling these complicated trade issues I also doubt abama could either

I was deeply opposed to the stupidity of the Bush administration virtually abandoning the leading edge we had in solar technology, the GOP has always preferred to subsidize and back oil companies even past the point where they no longer needed subsidies. Subsidies and breaks are to help establish emerging technology, not welfare for wealthy industries. Our solar manufacturing was given to china, we subsidized our manufacturers to move there.

Bush administration policies paid corporations and rewarded them financially to move manufacturing to China...the Bush administration lost over 20 million jobs. That administration could have made it financially painful to move manufacturing there instead of paying them to do it.

I'm critical how the president who Rags on American companies who produce products in China while him and his daughter have companies in China doing the very same thing. I'm tired of the president that rag on i*****l i*******ts and yet he's known for hiring them one Resort when they didn't have a green card they gave him one. OnPoint is fantastic and the American people themselves are responsible for this mess their constant demand four more and cheaper products and their lack and p***e and patriotism by buying products not made in the United States that up to all this.

Oh, Obama's nearly $9 trillion addition to the deficit, which accomplished zilch, is "done and over," I see, but 1/9th of that incurred by Trump to successfully create millions of jobs is a crime against humanity that will live on forever in the darkest infamy.
