I highly recommend that technique -better than getting ulcers. Those that I ignore are of no greater value to my life and loved ones than is a speck of dust on the moon.

They don't upset me too much as I interact with them. I like most of them.
That they have been so grafted into the corrupt status quo is upsetting but that condition will exist whether I have spirited discussion with them or not and since so many of them have no sk**l with apologetics it's good to challenge them.
Plus, observing 3rd parties who say nothing can be affected in ways that may not be obvious until later.
