'Twas a federal judge who issued the order, dude. To make an arrest or conduct a search or obtain classified information, a federal LE agent, FBI or otherwise, must obtain a warrant signed by a federal judge. A warrant is in fact an order to carry out the actions specified in the application. Conversely, a federal judge can issue an order which has the same force and authority of a warrant. In this case, the judge ordered the FBI to RELEASE information they already had in their possession and to conduct a search for more. That's how the system works.

In case you didn't know this, the FBI is an agency within the US Department of Justice, which in turn is a department within the Executive Branch.

The real process takes time...and investigations aren't leaked to the media. The Democrats have been spoiled...their bike has had training wheels. They won't know what's happening until the storm waxes great. They're completely ignoring that little breeze from the southwest. Fishermen (sensible people in both parties), whose livelihoods depend on their boats are looking at the signs and prepping their them to ride the storm out asea. The Dems are like tourists tying their boats up in crowded marinas of group-think. We'll see whose idea works best. I think they'll be smashed and bashed against each other and the pier of reality. Isn't that nice?

They should look in Comey's summer home. The log cabin on the Lake with biosensor entry access. The files are next to the Peter Strzok home-version espionage kit.

Halliburton safe locks, laser filaments lining the bulletproof windows. A rustic satellite array atop the boathouse roof disguised as a weathervane.

An old codger in threadbare camo
overalls, scanning the horizon with an M-150, sniper scope on overwatch from a floating dinghy 50 yards out.

Inside the cabin a mobile hangs. It looks like fishing lures but they are really ninja throwing stars, a Christian gift from ex CIA chief Brennan.

Indeed. Judicial Watch seems to be quite the wild card these days. I'm wondering if Trump isn't one of their biggest donors.
