If you look back, what other President has even most of these? Eisenhower-yes Nixon-he tried but too establishment (watergate would just get in the way) Ford or Carter-some but not all he Bushes-hell no, barry wasn't my president so that takes us up to Trump's time.

The thick skinned part of Trump is his armor against the constant onslaught of of insults, lies and s*******s behavior by the media and most of Washington DC.
No other person would have survived, but Trump flourishes, and that is a problem that the world had with Godzilla. The more you threw at Godzilla, the bigger and stronger he became, just like Trump.

Trump has none of these attributes, well maybe 2-3 at best. and we shall see if he is re-electable

and Trump has maybe 2-3 attributes listed, and if you truly think he has more than that then you are truly misguided and I feel sorry for you. But we shall see if he can manage to get himself re-elected, time will tell and have a nice day and weekend.
