that he be banned.

I have to agree.. BUT.. we don't have to respond to him.. if we do that often enough maybe he'll go away on his own!.. We can't sadly censor him, as that could easily happen to any of us, by the the "other side"... So freedom of speech which we all complain is being taken away and it is really, superceded by P.C.

So sadly, we must let him be in that regard...even though we all know he spews bs.. have to let him have his say

One can easily make a case that Kevyn is a real problem in the area of reasonable discourse with his childish rants and slurs. But, unfortunately, that is what free speech is all about. Reasonable discourse and childish rants.

I assume this wrong statement was about justifying A****a. I could see him making such a defense of those cowards who act like N**i F*****ts. There he is advocating violence and trying to justify it against someone who is exercising their guaranteed right to protest and free speech, like in Portland. Most of us could seriously cheer of those cowardly thugs got a serious beat down, and were publicly identified (Dox) and prosecuted for the evil they are and promote.

Besides Kevyn is fun to toy with and a good example of a bad example of humanity as far as fairness and common sense goes.

The first amendment has nothing to do with what I or anyone else posts here. We access this platform at the pleasure of whoever administrates the site. They and they alone determine what they will allow. I have tried after being chastised to not insult individuals who post here regardless how dishonest, ignorant, f*****t, r****t, misogynistic and h********c they may be. It bothers me that so few here understand that the first amendment protects you from government retaliation for your speech, it in no way guarantees anyone access to having their points given a platform. I have a friend who wore a tattoo until he died that the N**is put on him in the camp where they murdered the rest of his family. I have no tolerance for N**is and never will. To declare ones self a N**i falls under the legal cover of “fighting words” and anyone in the position to should be well within their rights to beat any N**i on sight.

I agree. If we ban him we have to tape a dollar bill to his forehead so we can say we lost something. He does make sure my BP is up several times a day, it's almost like a workout. But if I ever stroke out... ban the nasty little furball.

This is NOT a public forum, such as a town square or city hall. The administration is free to include or exclude anyone it wants.
