Romans chapter 5

Verse 1

If God is on your side, then satan hates your guts. he will use.everything in his power to cause trouble. he has to make it personal because his logic is pathetic.

Verse 2 - 6

We stand by our faith. Just like the Apostles stood by theirs. You must believe God’s word is true and you will be persecuted. Those that worship but don’t obey, expecting Christianity to make their lives better are in for a rude awakening. True Christians glory in tribulation and develop spiritually. Salvation doesn’t guarantee success. Have faith in God.

Verse 7 - 9

Christ died for us while we were yet sinners. We shouldn't finger point.

Verse 10 - 13

What is contained in the law? God ,must love families,because two of the commandments are honor your parents, and don’t cheat on your spouse. Everyone gets two families, the one we were born into and the one we marry into. Your second should matter more than the first because your kids need you more than your parents.

Verse 14 - 19

The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. Wages are earned. But a gift doesn’t depend on the worthiness of the recipient but the benevolence of the giver. Death entered because of Adam’s sin. Life came because of Jesus.

Verse 20 and 21

In building the ark, the mercy seat is above the law.
