Almost everything is possible, the limitation (if any) are those we place on ourselves and our nation. As for probality, all things repeat, so if it has happened in the past, as most thingt have, the probality of it happening again is assured. We learn very little from the past, within days of an event we have rationalzed the event and begin to forget. You did not give a link to the 20/20 show or article, so I can not comment on their prognostiable abilities.
