The rise of anti-Semitism on the left.

The J-S August 15th edition featured a column by Mark Thiessen titled, "The rise of anti-Semitism on the left." Marc begins his column by pointing out that the State Department has revised its definition of anti-Semitism to include "drawing a comparison of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the N**is. "When thinking of the treatment Palestinians are receiving, the comparison seems about right

I've got news for Marc: if the American people ever take off the blinders to the treachery, past, and present, perpetrated against the country, by Israel, there'll be a tsunami of anti-Semitism.

In other news: Israel has blocked Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib, from entering Israel. I recall a report indicating the two women intended to visit the Palestinians. While I'm uncertain of the logistics, I suspect, to reach the Palestinian people, held in the West Bank, and Gaza requires entry through Israel. That Israel would torpedo a fact-finding mission seems par-for-the-course.

I seldom agree with Elizabeth Warren, however, her comments regarding Israel's refusal to allow the women to enter is spot on, when she infers Israel has belittled itself by this act.
