Apparently in the United States it is still legal for felons to posses firearms. How else can one explain how a man with an extensive criminal record was able to be so well armed ? I am coming out for gun control for felons. I know, I know I am betraying my gun rights side. but we must make it illegal for people convicted of serious crimes to possess guns.

But, but, but okay. How about somebody getting off an urgent phone call, fax, e-mail, or at least a telegram to Black L***s M****r ? In this case we had an African American Suspect who wounded 6 Philadelphia Police Officers, while engaging in a shootout and a standoff lasting more than 7 hours, and YET he was taken into custody ALIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gun laws only disarm regular people so they can be slaughtered like sheep. The bad will always get what ever guns they want. They have not disclosed how a convicted felon obtained his guns, but since he had illegal gun charges previously, apparently gun laws have never been much of a problem for this person.

I bet, I bet cha this time he is really really really in trouble. Maybe they even send him to the same place Epstein was so competently secured.

Criminals will always have guns because they can make their own. Not pretty but just as effective. Also, famous people have armed bodyguards and all the alphabet agencies in Government
are well armed. Where would that leave us if the wrong people gain control? And as someone said rent a truck.

Even though he shot 6 cops, he was not crazy and in the end wanted to live. All of us fear the other guy. The 20 year old Psycho who is only out for a high body count. I am still waiting for the life stories on the last two crazies from the Texas and Ohio mass shootings. When they closed the State Mental Hospitals back in the 1970s, they really screwed us. Free room and board in a padded cell for your run of the mill nut job is looking awfully cheap compared to buying mass quantities of body bags.

Actually it comes down to keeping criminals and mentally unstable people (those with anger management issues and incidents of domestic violence apply) from getting guns, then keeping them from living with and having access to other people's guns, then enforcing harsh penalties to those who allow access to someone who shouldn't have access to a gun who then k**ls someone.

for the most part, they steal them or buy them from someone who stoled them. and in many instances, they have a friend. I new an NYC cop years ago they would stop a car and grab every gun if they liked one they kept them the rest they sold back on the street!
