What about all the Americans who favor elimination of our 1st Amendment, or even the entire Bill of Rights and some Articles or clauses in our constitution? This runs the gamut from political correctness, to shouting down those whose speech you don't approve of, to violently attacking those whose ideologies you don't approve of. And when someone who does not have an opposing view is beaten up because they just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time; it is shrugged off.

Analyzing the General Social Survey (which is a survey the left approves of given to college students from coast to coast) finds that even though students answered they were in favor of allowing a public speech by a controversial speaker, such as a c*******t or a militant atheist, among all respondents with college experience, majorities of Democrats believed that speakers expressing offensive or controversial views should not be allowed to give a talk on their campus even if invited. Sizable minorities of Republicans agreed. In other words, speech advocating c*******m or militant reaction against those who don't agree with the accepted narrative of the left; are not offensive.

So these Americans are in favor of giving up their first Amendment rights to be dictated by their leadership on what speech is to be permitted.

There used to be a liberal party and a democratic party, liberals were also not c*******ts they were liberals, c*******ts were c*******ts, we've now whitewashed everyone into just two groups left and right, not a good idea for the exact reason we see happening today, polarization.

The right keeps losing their base and to prevent people from joining the left they created this negative party association, just as they are still doing today, calling democrats c*******ts, and you all buy it. It is a h**eful and extremely offensive to any American, yet you all continue to do it all the while yammering about how the left is full of h**e, take a look at yourselves and what you and our so-called president spew.

I agree to half of what you say, c*******ts may very well be extreme socialists and you are correct it can only be done by an authoritarian rule, who takes the freedom of choice away from the people, I don't know one American from the left or the right who would want that to happen.

No, not all liberals love c*******m, I would say none because if what you're saying is true, they wouldn't be a liberal my friend, they would be a c*******t, you see how that works don't you? Just as a Democrat is not a liberal, there are differences in their ideologies. But as of late the far right in their propaganda agenda, want to whitewash everyone the same color to anyone who is left of the far right. This really does hurts America, as we've witnessed the damage this polarization causes, in its intention to divide us, and it is working very efficiently, wouldn't you agree?

Yes, the division is moving forward full steam ahead. The thing that gets me about all of the so-called "socialism" h**ers is this one little fact: the majority of the current Trump supporters who constantly slam socialism gladly receive Social Security or Medicare...….both of which are 'socialist' programs. Funny how its a "bad thing" if you support it, but an "expected" and great tool if they need it. sad.
