This f**e news story peddles a line from the Statue of Liberty as if a reporter beleives that French poets from the nineteenth century articulated American immigration policy.

The first reporter remains unnamed. That is the first reporter who asked Cucinelli the question at the first press conference.

People who quote the poem on the Statue of Liberty as if it were legal canon need better legal advice.
These misguided ones illustrate perfectly why the need for i*****l i*********n crackdowns is so great.

Picking and choosing words to fit your cause doesn't work when the law is concerned.
The definitions were kept narrow so bias could not impart skewed verdicts or judgments.
If I produced Robert Frosts' "Good fences make good neighbors" line to compel my next door neighbor to build my fence, the judge would laugh out loud.

You can't use poetry to change how i*********n l*w is applied. But even if you told that to people in caravans they wouldn't listen.

Maybe we should start dropping out of byplanes, along Baja, the Spanish language versions of F. Scott Fitzgeralds "the Great Gatsby".

It's about a man so hypnotized by a romantic dream he can't see the t***h. He's so dependent on the false logic that he MUST be right, he forgets what he already knows.

That money and influence make cowards out of rich people who should know better. Gatsby is so obsessed he stops listening to anybody who sees his future falling down like house of cards.

Gatsby ends up facedown in a swimming pool, dead. He was set up and murdered. Because he didn't want to see the many signs that his dream was not a concrete reality.

That concrete reality those i*****l a***ns are sleeping on is a sign. Their fantasies of free housing, nifty lodgings, free money and quick access to work IS a dream.

Taxpaying Americans can't find work despite valid social security numbers and 2 forms of I.D. and a verifiable work history.
Immigrants want to pass GO and get $200 worth of G.R. and be quick about it. They don' t want a legal hassle as they chase the green light on the other side of the dock.
Even if i*****l i*******ts fix the world series or sell bonds from the " Drugstores" they are not bound by law s because their DREAMs drive them.

Using a dream as an excuse to break the law is not a legal defense.
But the Dreamers are different from you and me.
