The U.S. Department of Education Office has agreed to investigate a violation of girls' civil rights in Connecticut following a complaint filed in Boston concerning two biologically male t*********r teens triumphing over biologically female competitors in high school track.

"The U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights Wednesday granted the request of three teen track athletes to investigate their allegations of illegal discrimination," The Alliance Defending Freedom announced in a press release sent to The Daily Wire.

"Ever since the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference [CIAC] adopted a policy that allows b********l m**es who claim a female identity to compete in girls' athletic events, boys have consistently deprived Selina Soule and two other female athletes of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels," the release noted.

ADF is representing the three athletes who filed the complaint in June.

The CIAC policy forced Soule to compete against female-identifying b********l m**es in a high-stakes track competition where two t*********r sprinters beat the field, taking first and second place by significant margins. Soule landed in 8th, missing an opportunity to compete in front of college coaches by two places.

"I am very happy for these athletes and I fully support them for being true to themselves and having the courage to do what they believe in," Soule told host Fox News host Laura Ingraham in February. "But, in athletics, it's an entirely different situation. It's scientifically proven that males are built to be physically stronger than females. It's unfair to put someone who is biologically a male, who has not undergone anything in terms of hormone therapy, against cis-g****r girls."

ADF said the CIAC policy "regularly results in boys out-performing and displacing girls in competitive high-school track events across Connecticut. Throughout the 2018-19 track season, males consistently deprived the female athletes who are part of the complaint of multiple medals, opportunities to compete at a higher level, and the public recognition critical to college recruiting and scholarship opportunities. The complaint notes that CIAC's policy and its results directly violated the requirements of Title IX, a federal law designed to protect equal athletic opportunities for women and girls."

"Girls deserve to compete on a level playing field," ADF Legal Counsel Christiana Holcomb said.

"Forcing female athletes to compete against boys is grossly unfair and destroys their athletic opportunities," she argued. "Title IX was designed to eliminate discrimination against women in education and athletics, and women fought long and hard to earn the equal athletic opportunities that Title IX provides. Allowing boys to compete in girls' sports reverses nearly 50 years of advances for women under this law. We shouldn't force these young women to be spectators in their own sports."

"Selina and her fellow female athletes train countless hours to shave mere fractions of seconds off their race times. They put in that effort in hope of the personal satisfaction of victory, an opportunity to participate in state and regional meets, or a chance at a college scholarship," added Holcomb. "But girls competing against boys know the outcome before the race even starts: They can't win. Boys will always have physical advantages over girls; that's the reason we have women's sports."

The complaint filed by the three athletes asks the Office for Civil Rights "to require the conference to acknowledge every girl who would have been identified as a champion or who would have qualified for participation in a higher level competition but for the participation of a male in her event," ADF noted in a June press release.

This is an example of today's Democrats in action.

Whenever they decide to pander to some small group for v**es, they inevitably screw a lot more Americans than they "help."

In this case they are really screwing the pooch, since they claim to be staunch representatives of women's rights while throwing these female athletes, along with all their hard work and their dreams, under a very big bus.

I've brought this very thing up with California "liberals" before, and their replies generally amount to little more than a shrug.

Just goes to show...

I've been more or less boat sitting for a colleague who lives aboard but works overseas a lot. He invited me for a visit as a detour from my retirement destination, to which I'll be heading in a few weeks.

I grew up in NY, L.A. and finished High School in S.F., lived in S.F. for a few years in adulthood and have seen California go from the Sunset Strip & Haight-Ashbury era to what it is now.

If it stays on the same path for much longer, they may as well either give it to Mexico or make it a colony* of Venezuela.

*"Colony" without the "y" could also be applied where California is concerned.

Agree!!... It sucks that women and People in general are having this Life style choice crammed down our throats!!.. That school or Any school using men in women's sports is Way wrong, knowing what we know of female to male physiology & phyiscal ability, men come out on top of that pile.. even if someone is G****r challenged they should Not be in women's sports of Any age... be it K-12 or even higher education.. I wonder what would happen if these "newly female" people were assigned to a Male sport team..bc of their strength even as "women"... hmmm.. be it volleyball to football and obviously Track & Field! Somehow, I see that not going well either!..males would Not let that happen but women's sports is supposed to take it.. I call BS!

I remember about a year or two back there was an HS girl swimmer in Connecticut I think it was, anyway in New England. She underwent a s*x c****e to become a male and now competes as a male in college. She used to be one of the best female swimmers in the country. Now she is just a mediocre swimmer against the men.

I took psychology in college in the 1970s. Back then, I took General, Physiological, Child, and A******l Psychology as electives. I was always in an argument with the professors about androgyny and all the other Horse cr*p they were pushing. It nearly cost me a good grade in some of those classes. But they couldn't very well ding me because my argument was when it came to nature or nurture, The male and female brain have distinct biological and chemical differences that can't be negated totally by learning, culture. and nurturing, no hmatter how much you want to believe it can.

The mult g****r thing is in t***h and reality, the works of evil, an challenge to womanhood. Interesting is the role mapped out in the gay revolutionary act, by Michael Swift.

The "gay revolutionary" manifesto (Act), is also before the Congressional office, and is in full effect, today, in government, the society and community.

It is ironic, that females aren't conscious about being biologically and physically challenge by the male confused g****r spices.

This confusion is connected to the phallic statue in Washington DC; the Masonic worship of the penis. There is a code language in the Christian Holy Bible, on the male sex organ.

Totally, g****r confusion and insanity of the worse kind, and behind it is the synagogue of Satan 👹🤘, and Z*****m.
