My Tongue in Cheek Answers

My answers to the following problems America is dealing, or not dealing, with today.
Number 1] Asylum: Any person seeking asylum in the United States must make the application at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin. If they attempt to do so at any port of entry into the United States they will be denied with NO exceptions. If they enter the United States illegally they will be apprehended, automatically deported and returned to the nearest exit point. If they re-enter illegally they will be apprehended and automatically be sent to the nearest penal institution and incarcerated for a minimum of seven years of hard labor. Upon release, they will be taken to the nearest exit point and released. If they re-enter illegally a second time they will be apprehended and automatically be sent to a penal institution and incarcerated for life at hard labor.

Number 2] Visas: 2.1] Work Visas: Work visas to be granted only when there are no American citizens who meet the normal, acceptable requirements needed to fulfill the positions that are needed. They will be granted for a limited time period and will never be granted to a non-citizen where the position is determined to be in an area that may affect National Security. 2.2] Travel Visas: Are to be for a maximum of 90 days and only to be granted to citizens from countries determined to be no threat to the safety of the United States and its citizens. Every individual traveler must sign a declaration stating their intent to leave the United States within the time frame their visa covers. They acknowledge that if they overstay their time and fail to leave they will be apprehended and deported to their country of origin and will never be allowed to return. To assure that this can be accomplished they will agree to be implanted with a computer chip that notifies Border Control personnel when the time expires.

Number 3] Immigration: As with asylum, any person seeking to immigrate to the United States will do so at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin. They will be required to undergo a rigid, intensive background examination, complete with both physical and mental checks. They will also need to provide verifiable proof that they will not be a financial burden on the United States. They will need to fulfill the following requirements prior to taking the oath of citizenship. 3.1] Learn the language of the United States of America [It is American English] 3.2] Integrate into society [Learn the History of the United States. Both the good and the bad] 3.3] Commit your support only to the United States [If you fly a f**g, be sure it is the Stars and Stripes] and 3.4] Do Unto Others as You Would Want Them To Do Unto You.

Like I said this is somewhat tongue in cheek but what made me do this was all of the BS surrounding the situation at our southern border. There is no other country on Earth that allows the number of immigrants that the United States does. No other country allows protestors to march down the streets of their country under the f**g of another country. People who immigrate to the United States need to become Americans, not African-Americans, not Chinese-Americans, not French-Americans, and so on and so on. I am a fifth generation American with a mixture of German, English and Irish blood and have never thought of myself as anything but an American.

What you are proposing is a violation of not only United States law it is a violation of treaty obligations and international norms. No on who supports this sort of nonsense is a decent American or human being.

Provide the specific laws, treaty obligations, and international norms my tongue in cheek posting violated Kevyn. If that cannot be done, stuff it where the sun doesn't shine.
