Compiling the past months news items from across the nation, or maybe a little further back than that, there is a disturbing trend forming. It shows that America has a sickness, its a sickness that will not be cured by Democrat socialist policies, it will not be cured by liberal moonbat lemmings or A****a causing violence in Portland.

Consider the news clip about the A****a attack on Trump supporters in Portland, one taking a crowbar to the Trump supporter's head for wearing a MAGA hat. Seems to me that in being an American, we are supposed to have the right to free speech, have the right to have our differences, without resorting to said violence, respecting the right of the other to have his or her views. And, just to throw it in here, what if that guy that got attacked pulled his pistol and put an end to that A****a Asswi*pe right there..?? Would that constitute further gun violence..?? Just because one person got tired of anothers abuse and bullying..??

Consider the problem in LA, the growing number of homeless, the rising resurgence of plague, typhoid and the increasing presence of rodents. How did they get there..?? Democrat socialist policies, pure and simple. Ya, just like both one poster here on OPP said and a news clip also pointed out, the Democrat socialist members of congress want to allow a huge influx of i*****l i*******ts into the country (especially California), but when it comes to these immigrants, i******s and homeless squatting somewhere, well don't do it in the rich's neighborhood. Stay off in downtown LA, or Frisco. Don't go into Nancy Pelosi's 'hood, or into Elijah Cummings 'hood.... Oh, and to boot, THEY have FENCES or BLOCK WALLS around their homes to keep out undesirables. Imagine that..

Then take the El Paso and Dayton shootings followed closely by stabbings in LA and Philadelphia... What do we do there..?? Some advocate taking away ALL guns from EVERYBODY.. But wait..!! Don't we have a Constitutional Amendment saying we have the RIGHT to bear arms that shall not be infringed..?? What do we do about the stabbings..?? Take away ALL KNIVES from EVERYBODY..?? What happens when I want to eat a steak and need a knife to cut my steak..??

The point here is where does the insanity of the left end.?? We have the right to bear arms, that means GUNS..!! People have the right to own a gun to defend their property and life in defence of their lives and property.. Don't they..?? People have the right to have a knife if they hunt and need to skin the k**l in order to cut it up and take it home and eat it, or to cut a steak at the kitchen table... Does it mean they are bad people just because they have a knife..??

Just to illustrate the point - and at the expense of injuring feelings of the lefties here on OPP - where is the country at that these l*****t moonbats support..?? Sure isn't the America I know. Isn't massive i*****l i*********n …. ILLEGAL..?? Just to point it out here, why don't you try to go to Canada or Mexico "Illegally" and see where that gets you. Ya, right square in jail.... (Sorry, lefties - you WILL go to jail for trying to enter Canada or Mexico illegally ) Sure, comitting murder on a mass scale is horrible, but does that mean all LAW ABIDING gun owners should have their guns confiscated..?? Again, where is that America that the liberal left live at. Sure isn't the America I know.

Putting it all together, where do we take it from here..?? Become a socialist c*******t dictatorship.. Just to keep EVERYBODY safe..?? What about the k*****gs in Chicago, on a DAILY basis..?? As I posted in another thread, anywhere there is Democrat rule, there is despair, decay, there is a rotting cesspool of human misery, there is rampant disease, there is rampant homelessness and unemployment, but yet the liberal left stand there in their arrogance and demand MORE DEMOCRAT RULE..!! The sickness is only definable when you throw in the equation that there is a basic lack of common sense and respect for human common decency. Ya, you have the right to your opinion. But you don't have the right to beat me in the head with a crowbar, or pull your piece and shoot me point blank, or pull a knife and stab me just because my opinion differs with yours. And how much of this senseless violence and death has to occur before it is tantamount that the liberal left socialists WISE THE HELL UP..??

How much homelessness, disease, rampant crime, despair, senseless violence, and on and on - do we need to endure before the people wake up (a requirement here) and see the real problem.??

Sure, the mass shootings are horrible. Its not the gun. Wake up here... Its the mentality of the shooter. So where do we go from here..?? Do we outlaw cars because a car was used to k**l others somewhere..?? Do we outlaw knives because a knife was used to k**l someone somewhere..?? No, as I have posted before in another thread, the real answer is EDUCATION, RESPECT FOR LAW, RESPECT FOR YOUR FELLOW AMERICAN, and INTELLECTUAL AWARENESS. Democrat mob rule will only make the cesspool worse.

No, the only answer to all this is MASSIVE across the country EDUCATION. Across the board RESPECT. Across the board INTELLIGENCE. THAT, dear readers, is THE ONLY ANSWER.

Doctors say knives are too pointed
A&E doctors are calling for a ban on long pointed kitchen knives to reduce deaths from stabbing.
A team from West Middlesex University Hospital said violent crime is on the increase - and kitchen knives are used in as many as half of all stabbings.

They argued many assaults are committed impulsively, prompted by alcohol and drugs, and a kitchen knife often makes an all too available weapon.

The research is published in the British Medical Journal.

The researchers said there was no reason for long pointed knives to be publicly available at all.

They consulted 10 top chefs from around the UK, and found such knives have little practical value in the kitchen.

None of the chefs felt such knives were essential, since the point of a short blade was just as useful when a sharp end was needed.

The researchers said a short pointed knife may cause a substantial superficial wound if used in an assault - but is unlikely to penetrate to inner organs.

The use of knives is particularly worrying amongst adolescents, say the researchers, reporting that 24% of 16-year-olds have been shown to carry weapons, primarily knives.

French laws in the 17th century decreed that the tips of table and street knives be ground smooth.

A century later, forks and blunt-ended table knives were introduced in the UK in an effort to reduce injuries during arguments in public eating houses.

The researchers say legislation to ban the sale of long pointed knives would be a key step in the fight against violent crime.

"The Home Office is looking for ways to reduce knife crime.

"We suggest that banning the sale of long pointed knives is a sensible and practical measure that would have this effect."

Education takes too long, respect is a very big part of the answer. New laws? No, they aren't obeying the old ones. I have a couple of theories and a profile of a mass shooter. As big as respect is PAY NO ATTENTION to mass shootings. Just take them in stride because there will be more, don't freak out! That's the desired effect.
