I, for one, believe that death is a very appropriate punishment for such crimes!

What do you think?

What I Laugh At Is
'Death Penalty Doesn't Deter Crime'
A Yellow Stripe On The Road Deters Millions
From Driving On The Wrong Side Of The Street

So They're Basing Their Fallacy On The Ones It Didn't Deter
While The Ones It Does Deter Is Un-Known (I'm One)
Furthermore, Who Decided 'Deterrent' Is The Standard For Anything
That Insinuates All Laws Are Futile

Capital Punishment Is A Punishment
With DNA Being So High And Mighty
There's No Reason The Sentence Can't To Be Carried Out Swiftly
(Unless The Prosecutor Is Kamala Harris)
Maybe It Would Help If They Returned It To Publicly

It should be but, the crazy left block it and many times the person dies of old age. The average time of being put to death is 20 years. And the cost of keeping a person on death row is also very expensive.
So, when it takes 20 + years it can lose it's ability to being a deterrent.

It was a very good deterrent when we used the Electric chair, old sparky! The whining left called cruel, yeah it should be cruel. But lever it to the Democrats now we use a drug that puts you gently to sleep.
No more deterrent for murdering someone.

I dont think this murderer should sit on Death Row for 20 yrs...Should be like it was before...You found guilty of murder, jury gives you Death Penalty...You have 1 month for your lawyer to ask judge for mercy, after 1 month..you are done!!!.....

The death penalty should never have been stopped. This is all because do-gooders like sister Prejean and others started their propaganda campaign to stop the use of the death penalty. Now it has been stopped because their followers are even fighting the injections.
It seems they think the injections are too painful for the "poor criminals", regardless of the viciousness of the crime and the pain and anguish inflicted on their victims.
Fighting the death penalty is nothing more than a retirement program for greedy lawyers. Now the companies that make the injection brew are refusing to sell to the states for its intended purpose. The death penalty laws should be changed.
1 the person should have one appeal. if the appeal is denied, the sentence should be carried out.
2 the use of the guillotine should be used its because its painless.
3 The sentence should be carried out in public.

Any crime so horrible it warrants life imprisonment should be eligible for the death sentence. If they are to be incarcerated for life they are of no use to society and therefore SHOULD NOT also be a burden to society !!!!!!

Once guilt is established (without a doubt), there should be no delay,
they should face a public execution by guillotine, h*****g, or firing squad.
It would be a permanent deterrent to future crime,
and these criminals will never threaten society again.

We should start with the corrupt Socialist Democrat Establishment Elite
who have committed treason against the United States of America.

I think they aren't using the death penalty enough, it's both a penalty and makes any criminal think long and hard about k*****g when they know their life will be on the line too.
