Perm, last night's debate has confirmed the rumors.
The left is so gunny sack that you folks are now bashing the l*****t god for his border policies.😀
Or maybe you see a plethora of strong leadership on the goon platform?
byron,
nothing is as you think it is.. we Dems are not so far from what most Republicans want.
But the GOP is nothing like they pretend to be..
Trump and the GOP claim to be all about stopping i*****l i*********n. They keep telling you that Dems want open borders. Here's the t***h:
Dems don't want open borders.* Obama did far better than his predecessors or Trump to curb i*****l i*********n, especially from Mexico. Don't believe the propaganda.
There is an inexpensive and very effective way to greatly reduce i*****l I*********n: eVerify. It's there to prevent i******s from finding employment, as you indicated in your question. It's been implemented for years but there is no law that requires employers to use it. The Dems have been fighting for just such a law but the GOP keeps blocking it's passage.
Why?
Because the GOP wants to give major lip service to curbing i*****l i*********n as well as touting fiscal responsibility when, in fact, they want neither. Observation shows that the GOP is there to help the wealthy. Period. But they will do wh**ever it takes to get gullible v**ers to elect them. They know that the wall is ineffective yet it gives the appearance of stopping i*****l i*********n.
They are fooling you.
I*****l i*********n…
They do not want to curb i*****l i*********n, as factories and factory farms need those workers. But they want to give the impression that they care about it, so the wall makes perfect sense. 4000 terrorists were caught sneaking into the country according to Trump. What he didn't tell you was that none of them (zero) would have been stopped by the wall. Those terrorists were sneaking in through monitored border crossings, mostly airports. Think about that. The wall is expensive and ineffective. eVerify is in-place and would be very effective, if we used it.
Jobs…
The GOP doesn't care about jobs, they care about businesses. Sure, that creates jobs in order to help those businesses succeed, but only at the expense of reducing workers’ effective compensation. Workers are earning way less while shareholders are earning way more. After adjustments for inflation, COLA, and average compensation, Trump's tax cuts were big pluses for the wealthy but ended up as minuses for workers.
Pro-life? Pro-gun?
Yes, the GOP will buy your v**e by working toward those objectives. But it's not because they are patriotic or religious, it's all based on greed. If you think that they are on the side of morality you are really naive. By the way, the second amendment is not in danger, as many Dems are gun enthusiasts too, like Obama. Try changing the channel.
Newsflash:
Dems are every bit as patriotic as the GOP. And, although a non-Christian would have to be a fool to v**e red, the Christians who make up the majority of the Dems are just as religious and definitely more moral, on the average, than their counterparts across the aisle. By any measurement. Don't believe the propaganda.
TL;DR;
I*****l i*******ts can get a job because of Trump and the GOP. There is no question about this. They can not qualify for what you commonly refer to as welfare, but Trump's claims about this refer to two things: locally funded school lunch programs, medical aid, and such - as well as the earned income tax credit, for which you can again thank the GOP for not passing eVerify. And, by the way, they don't get social security as that is simply f**e news put to see how gullible you are.
