It does seem far out there and I am not a cat person either. The one on OPP that is a cat person is AuntiE and she has Mack the attack cat which Slatten is deathly afraid of.

That old lady has a lot of heart. She loves nature, she loves animal, and she also loves people especially, I can tell that.
Ten days, how stupid that could be. The A****a, beating and k*****g innocent journalist in Oregon were not arrested. They almost k**l that young gentle journalist, although he suffered some brain injuries. His head and face bleeding and swollen, and the Oregon democrat police did not stop their friend thugs. The liberal A****A threw huge rock that hit his head. He could have been k**led. The police in democrat Oregon did not prevent the violence of their thugs.

This may be a case of an animal hoarder, a person who keeps a lot of animals,neglected and usually underfed, While they are often mentally ill, they need to have their animals removed.
.Sometimes people feed close to a hundred stray cats, animals will no v******tions and carrying diseases including distemper and rabies and a health hazard to people.

Maybe animal services should serve that sentence for not collecting and bringing in the stray animals in that city. Don't take a 79 year old woman and put her in jail for feeding some stray cats. That judge could have given the order to animal welfare and had them go and pick up the cats if it was that concerned. They had her address and knew that they were looking for cats how hard would that be for the animal services to go investigate and round up the animals? I'm 76 and ten days in the slammer could well mean death for some.

I read it. Still it did not justify that jail time for her even one day, that was not right. It could have been a warning to her. Stray cuts or animals are usually reported to city of Animal control for settlement to the Human Society so that animals could be adopted.
Jail time is ridiculous and if am there, I won't allow the City doing that. In our community though gated, when there are lost animals we call the police and they find owners and if not, Police bring them to Human Society for adoption.
I love all animals, and nature.
