Mental impairment is a justifiable reason to remove trump from office.

His i***tic tweets, rage at anyone who disagrees with him, his intolerance, his growing dementia, and his incessant lying are grounds for taking him out of office.

If if takes the next 15 months, trump will lose the e******n and pence will be limited

Can the 25th Amendment be used to get rid of trump?

No. Y'all tried that one already.

Here, look in the mirror.

You post i***tic comments, rage at anyone who disagrees with you, you don't tolerate a damned thing, you are definitely demented, and you lie like a Turkish prostitute on a Persian rug.

While it is possible to temporarily remove the President I would caution anyone who would want to do this. First, no political party stays in power..... as the folks in my neck of the woods often caution, what goes around comes around. This simply means if you are able to oust a duly elected President with a BS complaint, not one Democrat will ever be safe from the same treatment..... regardless of how right you may consider your choice. Second, this would put Pence in the President's seat who will continue the work started by President Trump. So, you may get a fresher face, but policies will not change..... delivery of the policies may change..... but the results will be the same. Remember, using the 25th gives temporary power to the VP..... If you think this will ruin the bid for 2020, again you under estimate the v**er base of Trump.....plus, you will sincerely p them off!!!!

The twenty fifth admendment has not been used against Trump it was suggested, but it would only be a temporary removal.

Specifically, that’s Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution. The amendment states that if, for wh**ever reason, the vice president and a majority of sitting Cabinet secretaries decide that the president is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,” they can simply put that down in writing and send it to two people — the speaker of the House and the Senate’s president pro tempore. Section 4 of the 25th Amendment has never been invoked in reality, though it’s a staple of thriller fiction. But there’s been a surge of interest in it throughout Trump’s presidency, as reports of the president’s bizarre behavior behind closed doors have piled up, and as his top officials have kept anonymously telling reporters that he’s unfit to govern.

The president can claim that the decsion is wrong but it would take 2/3 of Congress , both houses have to meet the 2/3 requirement if the numbers don't make it then the president regains the office.

On impreachment what the holdup is if the public isn't for it then it could have a bad result on the hold that the dems have on the house. Impreachment list the charges being brought then it is up to the Senate to convict. As what happened with Clinton he was impreached but not convicted. He stayed in office and the rep lost seats. According to a letter from a group of previous DOJ's with the number of occurrences that are stated in the Mueller report there is enough proof to charge with obstruction. The indictment is a different matter there is one more thing that needs to be proven , that intent was there , the legal meaning of intent is;

n. mental desire and will to act in a particular way, including wishing not to participate. Intent is a crucial element in determining if certain acts were criminal. Occasionally a judge or jury may find that "there was no criminal intent." Example: lack of intent may reduce a charge of manslaughter to a finding of reckless homicide or other lesser crime.
