I think there will be more than just an attempt on Donald Trump. Incidentally, 'Donald' means world ruler. In Daniel 8, we're told of an end-times, king of the west, a stubborn he-goat, who makes his nation 'very great', Daniel 8:9. We're told that he moves with choler (irritation) in an air attack against Persia (Iran) 'his feet touched not the ground' as he tackled the ram having 2 horns, (Media and Persia/Iran) and he trampled them, and there was no one who could deliver the ram from his hand. But when the he-goat became very strong, his horn was broken, (assassination/death?) and in place 4 horns arose. (Horns symbolize power.)
And one of the horns exalted himself as high as the Prince of Hosts (the antichrist) and daily sacrifices were taken away, and His sanctuary was cast down.
This period is known as the a*********n of desolation spoken by Jesus when asked when He would return.
