Oh, yeah, that undeclared, protracted war that the Democrats got us into and then did all they could to sabotage and demean the young men who had to put their asses on the line to prosecute it.
Don't tell me you've actually found an anti-Trump angle here...

The role of the United States in the Vietnam War began after World War II and escalated into full commitment during the Vietnam War from 1955 to 1975. The U.S. involvement in South Vietnam stemmed from 20 long years of political and economic action. In other words, their was/is plenty of blame to go around.

True, but it was accelerated into what it became by Johnson, and it was his party that produced people who spat on the same young men, many
drafted, when they returned home. It was also the "liberal" mainstream media that swept it under a rug as though all those vets who lost their lives, limbs or sanity don't even
count. I wasn't over there, but a few of my friends, then and now,
were, and two of them have emotional issues that recur at random and are sometimes dangerous to others, issues that came home with them from southeast Asia.

There is a lot of commentary along with the pictures that might give you a better perspective.

I won't argue with what you say here, Seth. I was there, and am quite familiar with PTSD-related issues.
