You know why he used Executive Privilege? Because he can. Perfectly legal. Your impeachment is toast. Trump whipped your sorry ass’s again.

Since DOJ rules say you can't indict a sitting president, he could only report what he found.

Mueller or his controller screwed up.big time in not going back to the beginning with the dossier and FISA screw up. Couldn't as it would have involved Hillary. This whole thing has been a big azz fiasco and waste of time.

The right keeps claiming that there is a problem with the FISA but they never show anything. It is the same tactic that they always use, keep complaining because the base believes it

The FISA warrants that were signed by judges FOUR times, including Rosenstein, were ignored by Mueller. Today he said it was "outside his purview" when asked about it. Same thing with the f**e dossier. Even though he was charged to find out if there was collusion with Russia for the 2016 e******n, and found NONE, he refused to "look into" the charges that there WAS collusion with Russia by the DNC. What a farce.

If the Dems have any semblance of smartness, they will step away from this whole double investigation scheme and go back to legislating our laws. Let's see what they come up with next. Should be popcorn-worthy at least.

This refers to current subpoenas issued by that snake Jerry the Nadler of the House Judiciary Committee and have nothing to do with president Trump's cooperation with the Mueller investigation. To help you understand this, Mueller submitted his final report five months ago and two months ago, Mueller closed his office and his team disbanded.

As SCOTUS ruled 35 years ago, Congress’ power to issue subpoenas, while broad, is not unlimited. The high court has said Congress is not a law enforcement agency, and cannot investigate someone purely to expose wrongdoing or damaging information about them for political gain. A subpoena must potentially further some “legitimate legislative purpose.”

Those of us who know the t***h about this debacle can see clearly that the actions of these HJC snakes are purely political, they are not serving a legitimate legislative purpose, and they are 100% intended to slander president Trump for political gain.

If a subpoena is ignored, the committee issuing the subpoena will file a contempt citation. The members of the congressional committee that issued the subpoena will v**e on whether to move forward with a contempt finding. If a majority supports the resolution, then another v**e will be held by the entire chamber--a majority of the 435-member House must v**e to support a contempt finding.

It gets worse. If Nadler and the rest of that den of thieves push this too far, they are going to end up buried under ton of their own s**t.

I hope they keep trying. For obvious reasons.

Three of Trumps “best people” are rotting in prison and the investigation resulted in the government seizing assets worth millions more than the cost of the entire operation.
