There's nothing virtuous about diversity.
It's really just a way of watering down excellence.
Diversity is just camouf**ged envy and resentment. Which can't be openly admitted without giving away the true objective - to bring down those with the talent, drive, and hard work to succeed.
By mandating "diversity" you place people with little talent, drive, and initiative on the same level as the successful individuals. Diversity should have no place in a capitalist, color-blind, g****r-blind, meritocracy society.

When I worked for the government we had mandatory classes every year on m**************m and diversity. It's not just the private sector.

During a period of years long ago when I was employed by a casino security department, on the course of moving up in the ranks I was an investigator.

Only about 10% of my work consisted of dealing with criminal stuff, the rest was protecting my employer from fraudulent, frivolous and overstated lawsuits.

Later, as a shift supervisor, I had to attend beau c**ps management meetings on political correctness topics, "sensitivity," etc, and this was all the way back in the late 1980s/early 1990s.

Between the political left and "liberal" trial lawyers, unctuous, corrupt tort lawyers and their ilk, our society is being tied up in knots with unnecessary bulls**t that's tacking fortunes onto the cost of doing business.

Another "fine" gift from the left.
