Don't rely on the Supreme Court. Deny all they want. The S.C. has always been political, just more subtle. At least original intent used to dominate decisions.
If the S.C. doesn't have the power to discipline the 9th Circuit, NY and D.C. federal judges, they need to seize that power as they did with interpreting laws for intent.

I suspect some Republicans on Congress didn't know how to deal with Trump's personality and abrasiveness. It took them time. And...the GOP kept pushing repeal of Obama care but never came up with an alternative..
