Policy of the EEOC, if a private employer did or allowed an employee to say what trump said they would be liable. Not only is it a violation this specific violation is used as an example in their literature.

This is fact, has printed statutes, and can be easily checked.

There was a segment I saw Tuesday night that covered the actual legal statute against workplace discrimination and r****m, it is actionable, and it's a crime to cross the line...perhaps someone can actually do the work and provide the statute and definitions?

The language as I remember it covered things like taunting a person because of their language, their hair, their clothes, the obvious color of their skin...all the things that involve ethnic identification, and then there is wordage about specifically telling them to "go back where they came from".

So here's the question and obvious conclusion...can the POTUS openly do something that is a civil rights violation by statute that results in termination from a job, legal settlements by the company if they've allowed it, and possible prosecution as a h**e crime?

In any real world the president should not be allowed to go there. Meanwhile the right continues to go through mind bending denials that the president is not a r****t. Trump says there are many people who agree with him, proving only that there are many r****ts in this country.

It used to be that it was understood that the president needed to be held to the highest standards of ethical and moral behavior, and now we have this lowest common denominator.

Where are you getting your highest standards of ethical and moral behavior?
