West, a retired Congressman from Florida's 23rd district, has called for the removal of Nancy Pelosi, stating "Unless I am grossly mistaken, Ms. Pelosi just violated her oath of office and has committed a high crime and misdemeanor by encouraging lawlessness and disregard for our national sovereignty, and laws".

This is a reference to the Constitutional provisions under Article II, Sect. 4, providing for an elected official to be removed from office after commission of "High crimes and misdemeanors".

Of course, she could shoot somebody in broad daylight on the Capital Rotunda and the Democrat controlled House wouldn't even bat an eye, but now the word is out.

They protect each other, no matter how criminal.

You should read the article, then you'd know what constitutes a 'high crime'. It doesn't mean what you think it means.

And as for "our long national nightmare" being "over", that happened in January 2017, after eight years of pure hell.

By the way, he was gerrymandered out because he was a stellar Congressman who actually took his office seriously. That was unacceptable to the 'Democrats who ruled Tallahassee.

The redistricting of Florida's 22nd (not 23rd) district due to the 2010 census resulted in West switching to the neighboring 18th congressional district for the 2012 House e******ns. He lost to Democratic nominee Patrick Murphy in what was the most expensive congressional race in U.S. history at the time.

Pelosi is and was informing lawbreakers in our country how to avoid arrest she is an employee of we the people and has rules she must rule by and breaking the law by aiding and abetting criminals is very much against the law and so is instructing the rest of the house to do so

Charges can be brought against her and she would have a hard time not being found guilty. You can't blame democrats on this one. I don't see one republican speaking out demanding justice. Pelosi broke the Logan Act when she put a scarf on her head and went to Syria. Republicans didn't say a word about that either. Hell Republicans didn't say crap about Obama's illegal war in Libya when he murdered 130,000 of the ones he told us he had to save and all his genocide accomplished was winning for Al Qaeda.
