Hey woodie, wake up! It's 2019. You can't be that naive! On second thought, maybe you are.
As someone who goes into courts very regularly as part of my job I can tell you it's common knowledge that different judges will judge the exact same fact situation differently - depending on their politics.
That's exactly why most knowledgable lawyers routinely go forum shopping in civil cases for judges who agree with them philosophically. And if a criminal case is filed in a courtroom with a hostile judge, that judge will be summarily challenged. No cause required.

He is just going on his experience with the left wing courts of the west coast. They rule based upon liberal beliefs, not interpreting the law, and then they get over turned but "real" courts.

Woodguru it seems pretty obvious that Democratic are guilty of judge shopping. Or do you think it’s ironic that almost all of these judges side with Democrats? It’s very clear that these judges have blind loyalty to Obama and his administratiion. They’re isn’t one impartial bone in their body.
