President Donald Trump quit his attempt to get a citizen question on the 2020 Census. Democrats are jumping for joy at beating the president. It is a loss for America, our v****g rights, and fair representation in Congress.

Did anyone actually read the citizen question set for the U. S. Census?

Is this person a citizen of the United States?
__ Yes, born in the United States
__ Yes, born in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U. S. Virgin Islands, or
Northern Marianas
__Yes, born abroad of U. S. parent or parents
__Yes, U. S. citizen by naturalization - Print year of naturalization
__ __ __
__ No. not a U. S. citizen

What could possibly be wrong here, or a trigger for any illegal invader? You could be here on a tourist visa, work visa, student visa, a legal resident as a green card holder, an immigrant waiting a court date years away, or something illegal. But the question doesn't specify what reason you are here so there is nothing to fear. It is just fear mongering by the democratic party attempting to skew results for more favorable, but unfair representation in Congress. It's purpose is all about fairer e******ns for the next ten years, giving all citizens an equal representation in Congress.

This is absolutely the second most important question that the census should be asking, with out a doubt. Without it being on the census, i will refuse to answer any other question beyond name and people living at my address. Since the democrats insist that the only purpose of the census is population, everything else is superfluous fluff and unnecessary.

As I stated, every census up until 2010 has asked questions that allow the government to determine how many eligible v**ers are in a household, county or state. Mexifornia and a couple of other Democrat run states with extremely high populations of i******s want their wetbacks counted to gain seats in the US House at the expense of red states, There is a cap of 435 on members of the House, so if one state has a bunch of wetbacks counted, rather than just legal residents, they gain a representative or three. The census is also used (at least in part) to determine how much Federal money a state receives.

It's the same question it has always been till obama took it off "Are you a US Citizen" Now how that bearded b***h pelosi can say that has to be about only white people is beyond reality which is what she is beyond all reality, crazy as a loon, a typical democRat, Can't wait till they start vermin bounties on them I live only 100 miles from the California line. Since it has always been on the census except in 2010 when obama's g*******t handlers had him take it off and he obeyed them like a trained dog. I cant wait to read how the corrupt supreme court found it unconstitutional. I wonder what those blackmailing dimwitocRats have on Roberts.

Actually Obama didn't take it off. He did not allow the long form to be sent out. The short form doesn't have the question and is only 10 questions long. So the 2020 census will be the 1st time since 1840, that no question of citizenship or foreign birth is on the long form.

In 1840 there was no citizenship question at all.

In 1850, 1860, 1880, and 1960, the question was asked if the person were foreign born, but not whether naturalized.

The last time I posted the number of times there was no citizenship question, I miscounted.

As for Pelosi, maybe she confused the 18th century census question with those after 19th, 20th, and 21st century. Within the lifetime of the Revolutionary War veterans, the citizenship question was: The number of White persons who were foreigners not naturalized. At the time, only w****s were citizens. But that hasn't been true for over a century and a half.

The point of the question isn't to determine how many i******s are in the country but to determine how many citizens are in the country.

I didn't see a problem with the census question as it has been since 1881. Yeah the libs and muzzies (who we are at war with) want more v**es and think this is a way to get them. This brings up a question for the lawyers out there. We've been at war with Muslim countries since the 1700s, doesn't that mean they are ineligible to be in Congress?

While there was not a citizenship question, there were questions to determine the number of eligible v**ers, aka citizens.
The 1860 census, only adult white males were eligible. The number who were not citizens was too small to bother with.
In 1870-1920: Adult males (race was a question) of all races were eligible except for Indians. Once more, the number of non citizens was too small to bother with.
