Aiding and Abetting Criminals.S. Code Title 8, “Aliens and Nationality,” and to be more specific, Section 1324 of the law that talks about punishments for those who KNOWINGLY “conceals, harbors, or shields from detection” any illegal who is in direct violation of our laws by taking up residence in the U.S. – again – I******S
Like U.S Code 2381where it says that any citizen of the US that “adheres to their enemies, giving them comfort within the United States or elsewhere… is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000…And shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of a higher obligation. … To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means.”

Think twice before you stick your neck in a noose. Good luck. Encourage him to go to the nearest courthouse and ask for assistance for applying for citizenship.

Yup, very simple, isn't it. But the left wants to convince you that it is difficult; sort of like registering to v**e without an ID. I have never met a person who can't provide an ID unless they have been living in a cave as a hermit for the past 50 years.
