This entire post is a lie. California communities keep an inactive v**er list. This consists of people from whom e******n material has been returned as undeliverable amongst other reasons. Most have moved and not registered in new communities which would purge them from the inactive list. The inactive list is simply to keep people from not being allowed to v**e due to a postal error, they do not v**e. As far as dead people v****g this is also a lie, across the US a record is kept of everyone who casts a v**e if Judicial Watch had any suspicions that v**es were cast for dead people it would be very easy to prove by scrutiny of public records. Judicial Watch’s goal is not fair access for eligible v**ers it is to prevent minority and progressive v**ers from casting v**es.
