The 1992 e******n was exciting. We had Bush Sr on the GOP side and Bill Clinton on the DEM side and IND Ross Perot owner of TX Instruments and other companies. He received a little over 18% of the v**e. Some accused him of throwing the e******n to Clinton.

He was demonized in the media for making some of the following remarks.
1. Jobs and factories will leave the US.
2. Our trade deficit with Mexico and other nations will skyrocket.
3. I******s will invade our nation.

I v**ed for Ross Perot and proud of it. He didn't win but he was right and so was I.

I v**ed for him as well. He was weak to pull out of the race all because he was threatened that someone would mess up his daughter’s wedding. I look back with disdain for the man now. He didn’t face anywhere near the nightmare Trump has and he quit over so much less. He could have won had he not pulled out. Our country could have been righted decades ago. RIP Ross

I do not think he ever intended to win. He just wanted to stop Bush 41 because of a feud they had. The threats were just an excuse. He was right about a lot of things.

Ross Perot said "we don't need to send the Marines to Somalia, we need to send them to south Chicago".. He was a man with insight.

I also v**ed for Perot.
.
He called everything accurately, I loved his fun pie chart campaign commercials and what he did when the Iranians imprisoned two of his executives profoundly demonstrated his deep sense of loyalty to his people, which told me he would maintain the same sense of loyalty to all Americans.

R.I.P., Ross Perot

I loved him. Whenever he spoke, what he said made perfect sense, and wasn't all rolled up in political spin and dogma. Had he become President, maybe we wouldn't be sitting here arguing about a wall on the southern border, because it would already have been built. Maybe we wouldn't be listening to talk of 'tariff wars' with China, because trade would have been better managed, and maybe, just maybe, we would have retained our manufacturing base and not seen it slowly emigrate to China and the far east.

Yes, Ross Perot did cost GHW Bush his second term, but his message still resonates today.

Agree. I hope I've learned a few more things since then. Not much difference between Bush and Clinton, just different sides of the same NWO coin. I don't doubt now that if Ross had stayed in he would have been taken out some way. Same for Trump if he hadn't mixed his security guys with his secret service. Just guessing but I bet his inner ring are his guys and secret service are the outer ring. Trump really is a genius.
