I have watched that on and watched and still see nothing but the breaking of the 4th Amendment. There is no such thing as a blanket search warrant for every house in the neighborhood and none of those people probably had any guns so they had to leave their homes and go God knows where.

As I said somewhere else this evening, Boston proves we are already a police state, and we have lost the country. Now it's a matter of what we do about it.

I did not see one thing to prove that this was Boston, who says there was not a warrant issued, if this is real footage it will come to light and be corrected. At this time I have to have much more info to believe this is real.

It was Watertown in the area where they captured the younger terrorist. Your lying eyes deceive you. I have been looking and trying to find out what enabled them to conduct unconstitutional searches in such a manner.

Maybe you will get lucky and have them do the same to you and your family, then we'll see how you feel.

Yo dude! Why all the attitude? even you can't say that this is in fact Watertown, yet you jump all over me because I doubt the integrity of this video. Your past posts gave me the impression that you would like to know the t***h no matter where it leads, rather than where you prefer it leads. I'll have to view your future post with a little more skepticism. I am a firm believer in the 4th amend. as well as the entire Constitution so it would make me sad if this were to happen to me without justification. does that answer your query?

I qualified it because I started to say it was a Boston suburb which was sort of right. I just was not 100% sure it was Watertown at that point. I actually hope this does not happen to any more people in this nation, but I am afraid we may already be in a police state and just don't recognize it yet. I may have misread your statement and got a bit sarcastic, sorry for the mistake.

Yes, I do like seeing the t***h out and try not to pass on inaccurate information. I have further heard from a reliable source who said he wasn't sure of the validity, that the police were also violating the 5th Amendment. They were asking people if the had guns in the house and if the said yes, the police were then confiscating the weapons and arresting the homeowners for illegal possession of firearms. I have not found anything to confirm this, so I would not take it too seriously at this time.

I say that when anyone uses that term, tea bagging, he must be a left leaner since they are the only ones who use that term.

As for the other names you called right leaners I think that mostly lefties, only, get excited about people who carry their Bibles around. Since you don't cling to your guns you seem to be at least as left leaning as I had you pointed out to be. Actually, I really wonder how lefties can call a string of names like that and then say they aren't left leaners. Can you explain that part to me?
