Actually you're spot on. I am very happy with the way Trump has reshaped wh**ever party you want to call it. It's not the party of Ryan or Romney anymore than the Left's far-left joke of a Party is not the party of JFK.

A good illustration is farmers in America, (though they are getting a subsidy,) support President Trump's efforts to curb the Chinese, even if it means short term losses for them. A lot of Americans believe in fixing decades of poor decisions, and know it may result in short term pain.
