The Republicans are at it again

The court battles continue by republicans to eliminate affordable care act. It’s very strange when Trump tells you he has a plan, well we know now it’s BS. (WHERE IS YOUR PLAN TRUMP THAT YOU PROMISED DURING THE E******N THAT ALL AMERICANS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTH INSURANCE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE I GUESS WHEN THESE REMARKS ARE REPORTED BY THE MSM ITS F**E NEWS)

The biggest issue is there trying to eliminate pre-existing condition. (JUST AS AN EXAMPLE MY SON HAS AN INCURABLE KIDNEY DISEASE THE DAY THIS GETS REPEALED HE LOOSES HIS HEALTH INSURANCE.) (HE IS ON DIALYSIS AND HE WORKS 40 TO 50 HOURS AND WEEK AND PAYS HIS OWN HEALTH INSURANCE WHICH BETWEEN HIS REGULAR INSURANCE ALSO PAYS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE A TOTAL COST OF $890 A MONTH) (WHICH HE GLADLY PAYS HE DOESN’t SUCK OFF THE GOVERNMENT AND RECEIVES NOTHING FROM THE GOVERNMENT EXCEPT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN MEDICAL INSURANCE)

If Trump gets what he wants my son will not be able to get insurance at any cost he will be rejected by every insurance carrier in this country. (THIS IS TRUMPS HEALTHCARE PLAN)

Just think about this Trump supporter 31 million people approximately 10% of our population battles Chronic Kidney disease is it your plan not to allow any of these people health insurance at any cost. What a great way to MAGA.

This is the height of cowardice and incompetence. The GOP tried to repeal the ACA from it's inception and failed for 6 years in a row. Trump comes along and promises to "repeal and replace" in his first 100 days, and even with a GOP controlled Congress...............failed again. The GOP has been whittling away at the ACA, exacerbating it's flaws and refusing to fix anything, putting millions of American's lives at risk................for political gain.

Having failed legislatively AND administratively, the cowardly GOP has turned to the Courts t do what they could not.................after loading the benches with as many partisans as they could find. It is worth noting that the Senate majority leader held up 100's of Obama's nominations for Federal Courts, including the 17 month delay for the SCOTUS seat, then began loading the courts with ideologues as soon as Trump was sworn in.

Yes the actually number of Judges McConnell held up was 98 and then when Trump took office McConnell started appointing 6 new conservatives judges a week after holding up confirming any judges for 4 years. Don’t forget holding up Supreme Court nominee for 16 months.

It’s a damm disgrace what the republicans have done.

And yes there are problems in the ACA and democrats are trying to fix these problems but McConnell blocks everything.

But great response thank you it’s great to see there are a few people on OPP that operate on common sense.

Care to share what he said that was delusional? Or was his post factual, perhaps too factual for you to handle, so you had to claim his post to be delusional in an attempt to get people to ignore it?

They can’t respond to facts so they attack. The True American has never read the ACA. The true facts are I have studied that ACA cover to cover only because of one reason it meant my sons life and how we were going to pay for it as a family. He had this disease for almost 2 years prior to the ACA he accumulated $42,000 of debt lost his condo and has a low credit rating. But with the ACA he has been able to pay his premiums, and it is still difficult to keep up with the co-pays but we as a family have been able to manage the medical bills without the government.

These republicans on OPP cannot and refuse to even have a basic understanding of what’s in the ACA.

no they want to keep pre existing conditions. it is the obstructionist that keeps things from getting out for a v**e . I would think that most of them had insurance when they found out that they had the condition . - some may not of known and would be pre existing . yet from the things I have heard they would still be able to have insurance .

National healthcare insurance is a means by which socialism flourishes. We must be careful to keep healthcare insurance in this country competitive. Government interference into the healthcare industry should be limited to regulating terms, quality, and costs.

the obumer unaffordable care act would of been repealed if it wasn't for j. mc cain . who for vengeance v**ed no . and I think that I remember that obumer stacked as many courts as he could with left wing ideologues . the rinos. may of stopped obumer from putting another liberal on the S.C. the appointments to the courts that Trump , has made are constitutionalist . they believe in running this country based on the constitutional law , not personal feelings . just like the law allowing , gay marriage , it is not valid . the supreme court can not make law . it is there to interpret law . NOT MAKE LAW . this is the job of congress .
