Anything that reduces the duplicity of our overblown government is a good move in my opinion. Itโs not like they donโt have at least another 10 divisions working on the same issues....??
I think its a good move and would like to see a lot more of our Over blown, out of control government cut....
Roger that, linda, look at our history, The greatest advancements in science and engineering have always taken place in the private sector. And, even in those times where the government needed something invented, engineered, or manufactured, it was the men and women in the private sector who provided it.
For example, in 1961, president Kennedy challenged America with his famous "land a man on the moon and return him safely to the earth". The government agency, NASA, managed the project, but look who designed and built the entire systems that got our men to the moon. Of course, NASA employed its own scientists and engineers, but it was the 400,000 or so American scientists, engineers, technicians, even plumbers and seamstresses, in private corporations who made it happen. The astronauts and NASA managers themselves had nothing but praise for the American people. Even now, following the end of the Space Shuttle program, NASA management is looking to turn the bulk of space exploration over to commercial enterprises.
The thing about liberal progressives is they want the government to control everything, from toilet paper to space ships.

Political โscience departmentsโ are exactly the reason pure, or real, science is the last thing any politician wants as thereโs no opportunity for them to make a case for wh**ever their agenda might be! Their entire reason for existing is to steal from you for own good and make you feel good about it. Science, govโt style, is the perfect tool for building their version of the world.
Political Science is nonsense Science. They start with a conclusion that they want and then fill in everything else with delusional figures and left wing terminology to make any subject matter seem scientific. C*****e c****e should fit under Political Science instead of real science.

Personally I would like to see our 435+ House of Reps cut and our 100 Senators thrown out of the Legislature. We could save billions, build the dam wall and elleviate the chance of these chumps becoming multimillionaire while in office. Nancy Peeloosli could build the wall herself with all the pork money she has accumulated thru the years for her plastic surgery.

PeterS, know the facts instead of lying all the time.
The re-organization process is for effective control, for better performance and results while saving money. I am glad they are doing that. I would do or recommend the same. Fact of the matter is: This needs to be done on most of our federal agencies. It is so bloated, loaded with political useless dumb personnel, duplication of duties, and making mess out of it.
After Barack Obama won the p**********l e******n, in 2009, he placed so many unqualified personnel who helped him in his campaign e******n. These people were not qualified.
GAO audit on 2010, reported that there were so many federal personnel duplication of duties. Until now these people are there. They could not be removed, or they'll sue you of discrimination.
I think people working for the Federal Government must require Civil Service Testing to select the fittest. Most of them receiving lucrative salaries, retirement benefits and other benefits. They create more problems, instead of helping and facilitating.
I'm very familiar with these problems. During the 1980's I've audited State Government, and encountered similar problems. The system is too political and stressful, that after 5 years, I gave up and moved to a university institution.

One correction, "after ovommit won in2018 he brought in so many unqualified islamic extremists to harm the American people and especially the Judeo/Christian religions."

Perfect example~~ NASA, my grandfather worked for them and then McDonalds when they cut NASA funding..Yes, he was one of those 400,000 and they are the reason for every success and failure as well.. !!!
Progressives will always want more government, it solidifies their needs, not country~
I say cut it by 3/4 and watch it run more efficiently..

I believe we need Congress and Senate to keep balance but think the entire arena on Criminal Hill could be cut by 3/4 and have more efficiency and effectiveness than now..
As for Peeloosi, that i***t would screw it up for sure.. Sheโd tell us we have a new invisible wall that they had to spend 200 billion to install~~

Lolololhahahaha you're right about all
Pete, tell me, how much Science did they produce? These were highly paid bureaucrats who produced nothing but more regulations and edicts that actually got in the way of REAL science. The President is streamlining the Federal govt. and should do away with many more bureaus. The Dept.of Education, Agriculture, Land Management, etc., etc., etc., are a total waste of taxpayer's money as they really don't PRODUCE crap. Mike
