I'm not sure about this one...if I read the judges statement correctly, he is saying if you want this done, get congress to do it, that is the legal way. So, I see it as a suggestion (which would fall flat in the house) because it's Trump's administration.

A thought just occurred to me...what if Trump suddenly said he wanted open borders and would support i******s financially, and was all for late term a******ns. I believe the dems heads would explode!

That is why the judge did it. He knew it would not pass the House. Rather than having the backbone ti openly rule against it he took the low road and passed it to a place he knew it would die.

Sorry, Honey. He gets a pass on this one. Here, read this:

https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/constitution-transcript

Now tell me where it says that government has the authority to mandate any policy on pricing, whether it be in advertising or anywhere else.

This judge is bought and paid for. Big Pharma is a evil empire.

It literally takes pennies to manufacture high dollar medications.

So if the oil companies decided that $100°° per gallon of regular is the price, just bend over and ask if they can lube us up with sand first.

I know that we have free speech too, but there are things said that trample civility and what's right.

I stand with the President on this issue.

Medication prices are keeping poor and elderly broke.

Is there no room for fairness in pricing?

Hardly any business has a bigger mark up and total profit at the end of the day.

The pharmaceutical empires claim that they need all that money for research.

How many people does big pharma k**l each year.

The Food and Drug Administration has been bribed for too long.

The whole business needs a overhaul and heavy oversight by a private source.

Ha! If the oil companies started that little game, they'd be run out of business by every Tom, Dick and Harry in the world rushing to drill a well! That, my fine friend, is the beauty of a capitalist economy. Such things are literally impossible.

Nobody ever told me that life is fair, but do you think that pharmaceutical empires have a stranglehold, literally on life itself.

What it needs is for government to get out of the way and let the free market work. Without the interference in our healthcare in everything from services to medications, we would all be happier and healthier. All government does is provide mercantilist protectionism to those able to buy it and raise the bar to entry into the market for those willing to try competing. Take the FDA as exhibit 'A'.

Right now? Yes, they really do. They get to literally decide who lives and who dies. They also get to decide who suffers and who doesn't. If you got the money, you live. If you don't, you die. See how that works?
