Migrant Caravans and Felony Murder

In Rhode Island more that 20 years ago, a punk held up a convenience store. He escaped and a Providence cop investigated the incident.

Hours later, the cop following a lead, went to the address where the suspect was believed to live. It was a tenement house and panic ensued in another apartment. The cop was k**led.

The Attorney-General then announced plans to pursue felony murder charges against the hold-up artist, even though it occurred hours later. He was successful. That punk is now serving a felony murder conviction.

Now, it is common suspicion that these migrant caravans are being organized. Within the past few weeks, a migrant father & daughter drowned while trying to cross the Rio Grande.

Now, if the organizers of that caravan violated American or international law, should they not be prosecuted for felony murder?

I know it's asking a lot of you to actually read something that doesn't attack Trump, Republicans, conservatives or libertarians but my entire thought process is laid out there. I also ran this by an attorney who said it was logical.

You are both right. They should be prosecuted but they’re those who won’t be touched. Simple fact and will be the downfall of our great nation. We have been and are being invaded. To top it off, we're supporting them with our tax dollars and the wackos in the House are aiding and abetting these criminals.

oH no I thought would-be citizens operated in a holographic sphere of non accountability and lawlessness.

Maybe they didn't have enough for the coyotes. Maybe they wanted croissants and gray poupon. Maybe trundling along in the dark for hundreds of Miles had an exotic attraction.
Maybe they were a statistic of this disastrous fantasy; a man trying to steal a life he wasn't entitled to, d**gging a human s***e acting as his daughter.

There are a hundred constructions we could put on these two dead corpses. But to assume they were virtuous victims is stretching things.

What if millions of Americans tomorrow decided to participate in a mass delusion. Someone spreads a story on TV that if we all move to Denmark we get good white collar jobs in a tax free environment with free premium health care.

People spread the f**e news as gospel. Progressive-weary Americans looked to the promised land and thought how easy it would be to just rush the borders of another nation to get what we wanted.

Thereafter Denmark goes nuts trying to stop the illegal flow of Americans cramming every nook and cranny of their city streets.

Would finding a body or two massively shift the concrete logistics of the enterprise?

Invading a country is dangerous. The fact that people decide to bum's rush our border doesn't make it right.

If that man cared about the safety of his daughter he should have found lodgings and gotten a job in Mexico.

The deaths are sad. The collective delusion is tragic.

And so much of progressive history now says we were wrong to take this country from its legal owners. We were wrong to invade and suck up all the natural resources.

so how come the disenchanted of South America don't have this standard held against them ?

Can't have it both ways Democrats.

How funny if they end up v****g Republican.....

p.s. and we get all that aid money back, right?

I’m with you all the way. The thought occurred to me early on that they may not have been father and daughter. He may not have been an innocent. I keep harping on this invasion and I won’t stop.

Maybe they tried to turn back and got slaughtered. Maybe the sticker price doubled midway thru the trip.
Maybe he realized he could rent her out to someone else for money and she wouldn't go.
Maybe the little girl ran away and screamed to get caught. The father ran after, yelling her name. Maybe the coyotes running the whole bunch drowned them to eliminate risk.

Too many bad likelihoods.

I'd love to live in France. I just want to work. So why don't I smuggle myself there and just squat, looking sad for the TV cameras and declaiming the need for exile from cruel Tyrant President Trump.
I'll just chill,
leveraging French law to get my way.
And I'll take 500,990 of my friends.

Entering the USA LEGALLY is very easy. Millions of foreigners have LEGALLY become US citizens, without a problem.
