And by reasoning that the victims just didn't understand that accusing a boy of rape could ruin his life, ( wow maybe even affect his grade point average) that "therefore" it couldn't have been rape. What kind of i***t judges do they have?
it seems obvious that his entire history of decisions involving rape charges should be put on review.
Rape is only something that happens when one or more people have a weapon and use it on the third party?
This jerk has probably let hundreds of men get away with rape and probably encourages it.
Seeing as how Judge Troiana and his court allowed the law to shield "young men on a spree" and how he exploited public ignorance in favor of any defendant, there are probably a lot of women victims getting the wrong side of the stick.
