It would seem to me that dems always holler too late.. the horses are already out of the barn.. so closing the door... or related to politics, closing their minds.. taxes are what pay their salary.. I think working stiff needs to go back and educate himself regarding where are tax dollars are going and why dems raise taxes constantly to pay for their lil pet social programs.. there is NO such thing as free.. Free Obama phones... Free health care... Personally I think the word FREE should be stricken from the vocabulary of Politics.. Nothing is FREE.. WE the People are paying for it all again as well as ALL our gov'ts salaries... so yes.. taxes are relevant..

They really
h**e that, when they offer something 'free' and someone asks them how they intend to pay for it. Right there, they are admitting that they know it isn't 'free' but still they mislead and downright lie about the consequences of their irresponsible
policies wish list.
'Will rely heavily on the DNC' makes it sound like that's a curse. It's not a mystery....both nominees will rely on their party apparatus to help their campaigns...it has ever been thus.
I'm actually optimistic. While the RNC are becoming an appendage of the Trump campaign, the DNC has to keep it's powder dry. The DNC, in other words, are not king makers. This is an e******n the (edit: Democrat) primary v**ers will decide....not the establishment. On the other hand, the RNC is not even considering that the President has a challenger.
Then the inevitable will happen....we'll v**e and see who wins.
BTW, Larry, I do enjoy interacting with you. Your posts show a very pleasant personality.

So far I have enjoyed most everyone's post be they right or left.. I still consider myself conservative but i have NO problem listening to the dem side of things as long as it's coherent.. so far yours working class have been educated maybe a lil off as far as the DNC is concerned.. I am kind of blown away at how many candidates there are on the DNC.. why couldn't they have picked just one or two to go out on the campaign trail rather than the 20+ they currently have... some one at the DNC should have some idea of who they are partial to instead of what feels like a rat race...I do understand being a centurist..on the fence so to speak.. I also considered myself at one time of being in the middle with a right lean.. now pretty much right but Not rabid right which I feel are apparent on both sides of the isle.. there will always be extreme people one way or the other.. I do try to be thoughtful in my posts.. this place is a bit addictive.. actually.. seems I've been here since yesterday reading and posting.. it's Nice to have a clever debate!.. NOT like facebook which probably has More trolls than anywhere I've been thus far!

Nice post...Yea going to war with Venezuela is news to me too.. Just the typical toss all s**t against the wall to see what sticks. I haven't heard a cohesive thought from a dem in the little time I've been here.. right outta the gate..they spew.. and spew.. and b***h n moan.. but that's about it.. they forget all the foreign money that Obama got.. and that Clinton got.. Just boggles the mind.. I actually look forward to hearing something intelligent come from the Left.. so far nothin.. Also.. Trump doesn't actually NEED contributions he could fund his own campaign with his own money.. and yea.. who cares about European opinion regarding our president... We've at some point givin them aid also.. they are all nice and kiss ass while asking for it.. but when they get it they go right back to hating American's and all we stand for..

Trump is broke that's why he's fighting to keep his taxes hidden. a lot of the money he gets goes to all the lawyers he hired to keep him out of prison.

And you know this How.. have you seen his records or are you just spouting party line crap?... just curious! I also find it amusing that people actually think that Trump does his own books.. he has accoutants for that. and there is NO law stating he HAS to turn over his taxes.. Wondering when the left of the isle citizens are actually going to think for themselves and Not believe all the crap F**e news and the lame stream media are spewing...

I appreciate your post.
I, too, am surprised at the number of candidates running this year. Perhaps we shouldn't be, though. After all, last time around the Reps had 17 (I think) candidates in their primaries.
I think the DNC has to be very careful. They were accused, last time around, for having their thumb on the scale for Ms. Clinton, and her loss weakened it. I think they, as an establishment (literally), cannot afford to be seen as choosing the nominee. Personally, as a Democrat, I'm glad to help choose. Last time I v**ed for Sanders in the primary, as a protest against the Clinton c****ation. This time maybe I'll be able to v**e for someone...we'll see.
And welcome....always good to have a thoughtful individual on the board.

There are several Democrat P**********l hopefuls who would disagree with that analysis, Bernie Sanders first and foremost. What they did to him in order to advance their preferred candidate was nothing like 'democratic'.

Honestly, at the moment, he doesn't. There was a (half) joke went the rounds last week declaring President Trump the winner of the Democrat primary debates. I for one saw nothing worth writing home about.

Try to be more coherent when you post garbage, makes it easier to sort out WTF you are trying to say.
Pompeo is the Secretary of State and he was dead set on an invasion of Venezuela, and President Trump said that regime change in Venezuela has only been put on hold for now, not cancelled.
Also the Secetary of State has full authority to send the US military into combat, normally he doesn't but, well you know, when the Commander is engaged elsewhere, - - actually who knows where, - - the Europeans certainly don't and this is exactly what their concerned about.
Furthermore I made it abundantly clear I didn't have time to read the article, I will pursue it now as we speak, - - Trump raised $105 million in the second quarter of 2019, but maybe not enough for a secomd term.
Don't see how that is consistent with the "Most Unpopular President Ever".
Anyhow haven't decided who I will support it depends on how much I h**e Europeans at the time, if I loved Venezulians I'd be plugging for Biden so Europe could win the conflict without destroying the credentials of Donald Trump.

Doesn't worry me , but Trump will look for allies in Europe for a war with Iran and Europe will say, Venezuela was much easier for Trump to go to war with but the refugees are not desirable in America so why should refugees be desirable here.
That's what's making Trump unpopular in Europe but you won't hear about it on the MSM.
Haven't read your article yet, will do later, might have more to say.

Venezuela would probably welcome an American intervention. In the eighties, Venezuela was a real jewel. It was a popular stopping/re-supply point for commercial and pleasure ships and boats because of the number of western style stores, and the availability and excellent pricing of food stuffs and other goods. After a few years of Socialism, they are a s**thole.

This is what Bernie and others in the lineup want for us. It can happen here!
