You clown...the guy was being prosecuted by the military for extensive crimes, not just this one thing they were trying him on. So the other guy admitted to putting Gallagher's victim out of their misery, Gallagher did the crime that ended the life, and it was not the only grievance here, this guy was a murderer, meaning senseless, intentional, and unnecessary k*****g of civilians.
