Here's a weird fact; after the crash of 2008, there were layoffs galore, companies held onto their cash, many Americans retirement savings disappeared, etc. Here's the weird part; big companies began buying competitors out, paying cash and growing huge..................while everyone else still suffered from the recession.

While claiming that the economy was still messed up, fortune 500 companies found troves of cash, and used it to buy up or run out of business their competitors. In the internet, cellphone, media arena, there are now only 3 providers...................hiding behind multiple company names, even appearing to compete with each other for your business. Our Government watchdogs helped to facilitate the creation of these mega corporations/monopolies.

That is partially true. As with most things, you do need to comparison shop.

I just priced a vitamin from Swanson on their sale catalogue, and their price for Doctors Best Lutein with Lutemax was $27.24 and you needed to spend $50 to get free shipping. I found the same vitamin on Amazon for $25 and get 2 day free shipping with Prime.

And prime costs you 120.00 per year! Not free shipping if u pay for it! Check Walmart! Go pick it up!
