While I did not care much in my early years, looking at my great grand son now.. darn I do care a lot..

so I would like change.. I h**e having the power of war in the hands of one man..

especially one who is mentally incompetent if not ill..

so bay of Tonken or just to remove another mans accomplishment, I see no good in the current procedure..

The bill should have been passed no wealth war is any good for the people of the nation..

Congress allowed the Executive branch to usurp that prerogative years ago, by using cute terms such as "police action", to bypass them. By law, the President may not declare war on anyone................so they don't...................they call it something else and Congress gives them a pass.

What I find remarkable is; Obama sought Congressional approval to make war on the Syrian regime after a chemical attack but was rebuffed, with the GOP Congress making it clear that only THEY may declare war. Obama's war on ISIS used the prior authorization given to Bush; an authorization Republicans tried to repeal.

Depending how the polling and e******n forecast go, he wants war with Iran both so Bolton will praise him more and to then insist that somehow, President Obama had something to do with it..

But if the photo shoot at NK gets him up a f ew point in approval, we will not see anything new on the oil front for a while at least..
