He couldn't help but gain jobs - we'd just had a SEVERE downturn. He did in fact put numerous small and midsize businesses OUT of business with Obamacare. People adapted. But he didn't go out and get manufacturing jobs back, or incentivize American companies to re-base themselves in America- and penalize them for basing outside the country. That's ALL our President Trump
