Though I understand where you're going, those 5 million dollar missiles and 1.5 billion dollar planes mean so many jobs in this and other countries. I live where the Nuke carriers and subs are built for the Military by civilian workers. We have the largest Naval Base in the world right here who employs thousands upon thousands of Military as well as civilians, heck, one carrier mans 5000 sailors and we have 6 as well as their complement. We have Newport News Ship Yard now Engels, employing many thousands of civilians to build those ships, including my son in law and most of my hunting buddies. My daughter works as a sub-contractor designing Military equipment. My point is that just like with the auto industry or any other industry for that matter, it isn't a one focal point but a combination of small and large companies who benefit from a single 5 million dollar missile. Bottom line, a lot of people can put food on their tables, put their kids through college and have a safe roof over their head because of being able to take part in building a 5 million dollar missile not to mention just who is going to fuck with someone who owns a whole bunch of 5 million dollar missiles and thousands of 1.5 billion dollar plane and 12 Nuke carriers plus the other billion dollar ships.
