The public has called for action and protection from Russian interference. Mitch has blocked it, and if trump knew bout it he would talk about it. But Russia knows some agencies are trying to retaliate.

But you dont tell your enemy that we are trying to cyberattack Russia,so they will be ready for us...You just dont advertise something like that to your enemy...

That would be wrong if the enemy did not already know, just like we know they are targeting us. The problem is trump can not be trusted to protect the interests of the US.
