Keep in mind here, Trump has already made plans and has made statements to the effect that we need a 'Space Force' to address the next generation of "War" and "Defence of American Interests" in space.
What Trump didn't disclose is the fact there are already many disclosure happenings here in America and abroad. Russia's Putin and others have already admitted disclosure to their people.
